Who we are
Steadys is an independent online retailer operated by [LEGAL NAME], registered in France ([SIREN]), [full address], 75002 Paris, France, operating exclusively for the UK market. Contact: hello@wearsteadys.com.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud or stock unavailability — if payment was taken, you'll be refunded in full.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated timings are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, but if your order is significantly delayed you may cancel for a full refund.
Returns, refunds & guarantee
Your cancellation rights, our returns process and the 60-Day Stay-Steady Guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy. The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and requires a photo of the worn sole; it is offered in addition to, and never instead of, your statutory rights.
Product information
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our grip socks are an accessory for exercise; they reduce slipping but no product can prevent all falls — always exercise within your ability.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (names, logos, text, images) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a UK consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the United Kingdom, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
