These terms apply to every purchase made on wearsteadys.com.

Products
We sell grip socks and related accessories for the UK market. Product images are as accurate as possible; colours may vary slightly with your screen.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the one shown when you order.
Orders & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The sale contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or stock unavailability; if you've already paid, you'll be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via the secure providers shown (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Rates and timings are in our Shipping Policy (standard £2.95, free over £25, 5–12 working days from dispatch).
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us within 14 days; return the unused items in original condition (you cover return postage); we refund the price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving them back.
Guarantee & statutory rights
Every order is covered by our 60-Day Stay-Steady Guarantee (one claim per customer, photo of the worn sole, no return postage) — see our Refund Policy. This is offered in addition to, and never instead of, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Our grip socks reduce slipping but no product prevents all falls — exercise within your ability.
Law & disputes
Governed by French law. UK consumers keep the protection of UK mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings in their local courts. Complaints first to ; EU consumers may also use ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
