Returns & Refunds

We keep this simple. There are two ways you're covered: our Stay-Steady Guarantee (the generous one) and your statutory rights (the legal one). Whichever applies, we'll sort it quickly.

1. The Stay-Steady Guarantee — 60 days

Wear them. Wash them. Take them to every class for 60 days from delivery. If your Steadys slip, sag or stop gripping:

  • Email us at hello@wearsteadys.com with your order number, a quick note on what happened, and a photo of the worn sole.
  • Choose a replacement or a full refund — your call.
  • No return postage, ever. You don't post anything back.

One guarantee claim per customer, after real use. That's all we ask.

2. Changed your mind? — 14-day cooling-off (your legal right)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us within 14 days of delivery. Items returned under this right must be unused and in their original condition; you cover return postage. We refund the full price including standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the items back.

3. Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a replacement/refund after that. Just email us — we'll never make a fault your problem.

Refund timing

All refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval (usually much faster).

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
